Last Sunday, 28 Livingston athletes were at the Ayrshire Athletics Arena in Kilmarnock for the first round of the Central & South of Scotland League.
Well done to all the athletes who competed - 12 athletes set improved personal bests and eight athletes set improved seasons bests!
