Teams for the 2025 Club Championships Medley Relay will be drawn randomly during the week at training.

The relay consists of mixed age group teams of 6 athletes (aged 9+) running a sprint medley relay, with a gift voucher for the winning team.

The 67 relay entrants have been split into 6 pools based on date of birth. One athlete will be drawn from each pool to make up 11 teams and 1 reserve.

Teams can decide their running order and team name on the day.
