Congratulations to Sarah Calvert who won the Scottish National Indoor 3000m Championships, held at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow on Saturday 4 January!

Sarah run a personal best and club record of 9:15.67 to win a gold medal in the senior womens category.

Kaydan Day was also competing, and set a new personal best of 9:06.82.
