On Saturday 7th December the East District Cross Country Championships take place at Camperdown Park, Dundee.

Athletes who compete in the East District League races during the season should be considering entering the East District Championships.

There are separate races for each age group from under 13 to seniors. Course distances are: U13 - 3.2K, U15 - 4K, U17W/U20W - 4.8K, U17M - 6.4K, SW - 8K, U20M - 8K and SM - 9.6K.
