Teams for the 2026 Club Championships Medley Relay were drawn randomly, with 52 relay entrants making up 8 teams and 4 reserves.

The relay consists of mixed age group teams of 6 athletes (U12+) running a sprint medley relay, with a gift voucher for the winning team.

The runnung order is 300m x2, 200m x2, 100m x2.
