Teams for the 'Run 4 It' Medley Relay were drawn randomly at the end of the training session on Wednesday night and, with 58 relay entrants making up 11 teams + 3 reserves, it's the strongest field to date.

The relay consists of mixed age/gender teams of 5 athletes running a 400m, 300m, 2x 200m and 100m.

Run 4 It, Scotland's only chain of specialist running shops, have kindly sponsored the Medley Relay with a £20 gift voucher for each member of the winning team!
