Teams for the 'Run 4 It' Medley Relay will be drawn randomly at the end of the training session on Wednesday night.

The relay consists of mixed age/gender teams of 5 athletes running a 400m, 300m, 2x 200m and 100m.

Run 4 It, Scotland's only chain of specialist running shops, have kindly sponsored the Medley Relay with a £20 gift voucher for each member of the winning team!

The 58 relay entrants have been split into 5 pools based on age. One athlete will be drawn from each pool to make up 11 teams + 3 reserves.

Once the teams have been drawn, the athletes can decide the team name and who will run each relay leg!
