A hurdles session will be held on Friday 9 August 2013 at Craigswood Sports Centre by Brian Winning (UKA L3 Sprints and Hurdles Coach).

5 hours, 11am to 4pm, split over morning and afternoon with a break for lunch (not provided).

Session covers speed, posture, reaction, agility, hurdle technique and improving speed over hurdles.

Cost £10 (including entry to facility).
