Four club athletes were in action on Sunday at Grangemouth in the third round of the Scottish Men's Athletic League.

There were strong performances from Shawn Wright and Andrew Mitchell.

In the 'A' 400m, Shawn was 4th in a strong field with a time of 49.92. Shawn won the 'B' triple jump with 11.73m and was in the winning 4x400m team.

Andrew narrowly missed a personal best with a time of 2:04.50 in the 800m and was also in the winning 4x400m relay team.
