The third and final round of the Central & South of Scotland Athletic League takes place at Linwood on Sunday 4th August.

All club members are eligible to compete.

Please use the availability form to let to let us know if you're available or not.

The last date to confirm availability is Thursday 1st August.

Transport is available via bus from the Craigswood Sports Centre car park, leaving at 10.00 AM and returning at approximately 6.00 PM, at a cost of £5 per person or £10 for a family.

Alternatively, make your own way to Linwood for 11.00 AM at the latest. The last race is at 5.00 PM.

Everyone competing for the club must have their own club vest which can be purchased in the athletics pavilion on Wednesday nights from 8.45 PM onwards.
