There was a record club turnout at the Falkirk Parkrun last week to celebrate Alastair Marshall's 50th Parkrun, with 14 Livingston athletes finishing the course!

Alastair completed the 5K course in 22:52 which placed him 2nd in his Parkrun age category.

The first Livingston athlete across the finish line was Yvonne Crilly in 20:20, narrowly missing her personal best of 20:17.

Ryan White, the first male Livingston athlete to finish, was also close to his PB of 20:52 with a time of 21:09. The only Livingston PB on the day was Helena Cutajar in 26:26.

Yvonne is running her 50th Parkrun tomorrow, so don't forget your club vest if you're running too!!
