On Saturday morning, Alastair Marshall will be running his 50th Parkrun 5K at Callendar Park, Falkirk, which is an impressive achievement for an u11!!

To celebrate, it would be great to have a strong turnout from the club with everyone wearing club vests.

If you've not heard about Parkrun, it's a series of free to enter timed 5K runs every Saturday morning across the country.

The Falkirk Parkrun starts at 9.30 AM and you can get more details on the Parkrun website.

If you've not done a Parkrun before, please also register on their site (free of charge) before Saturday and print out your barcode.

Don't foget your club vest and barcode, and the Marshalls will be bringing cakes!
