Arrangements for Wednesday night:

TIMETABLE
The final timetable for Wednesday night is below. Track events will be seeded based on performance only (not age group), with the heats ordered fastest to slowest.

Please note that some of the field event start times and the u11 800m start time have been changed due to the large number of entries.

DECLARATIONS
Declarations open at 6.00 PM in the athletics pavilion (overlooking the finish line). You should register at least 30 minutes before YOUR first event

REFRESHMENTS
Tea/coffee and home baking will be available throughout the evening in the club room overlooking the 100m start. More donations of home baking would also be very welcome.

KIT
Club kit will NOT be sold at this meeting.

CAR PARKING
There is currently construction work going on in the main sports centre building which is restricting car parking spaces, so please leave plenty of time to find a space.
