The club's AGM and Annual Awards Evening will be held on Wednesday 14th November from 7.30 PM at Craigswood Sports Centre.

There is no training on the AGM night.

The AGM will be held first, followed by the presentation of club championship trophies and then the annual performance & endeavour trophies.

Committee Vacancies

The club treasurer, Neil McFarlane, will be standing down at the AGM after 3 years in the post. Further details about the role are available below. Please speak to Alistair if you are interested in the role or have any questions about what would be involved.

Club Captains

At the AGM, club members will get a chance to cast their votes for male and female club captains.

Only club members aged 16+ can be nominated as club captain, but all members can vote.

Club captains will be expected to set a positive example to younger athletes, have a near perfect competition attendance record and input athlete feedback to the club committee.

Membership Fees

The membership fees have been unchanged since 2009. The committee propose that junior membership fees (which include Wednesday night training) are increased to £12 per month and senior membership fees (no Wednesday night training) are increased to £25 per year.

The changes are to offset the increased costs of track hire, league affiliation and competition entry fees. Since the fees were last changed, the club now also pay the Scottish Athletics registration fee for junior members.
