Teams for the 2012 Club Championships Medley Relay were drawn randomly at the end of the training session tonight, and with 57 relay entrants making up 14 teams + 1 reserve, it's the strongest field to date.

The relay consists of mixed age/gender teams of 4 athletes running a 400m, 300m, 200m and 100m, with a £20 gift voucher for each member of the winning team!
