The first round of the Central & South of Scotland League takes place at the John Wright Sports Centre, East Kilbride, on Sunday 29th April.

All members (9+) are expected to take part.

Please use the availability form to let to let us know if you're available or not.

The last date for entries is 10PM on Wednesday 25th April.

Transport is available via bus from the Craigswood Sports Centre car park, leaving at 9.50 AM and returning at approximately 6.15 PM at a cost of £5 per person or £10 for a family.

Alternatively, make your own way to East Kilbride for 11.00 AM. The last race is at 5.20 PM.

Everyone competing for the club must have their own club vest which can be purchased in the athletics pavilion on Wednesday nights from 8.30PM onwards.
