Tomorrow is the last training session of the year and there's lots happening!!

In the upstairs meeting room (that overlooks the track) there will be hot chocolate and mince pies available for all from 8.15 PM.

Club kit will also be available for sale in the meeting room.

And for the athletes, the coaches have organised a slightly different training session!

There is no training at Craigswood on Wednesday 28th December or Wednesday 4th January.

On Wednesday 4th January there is an Indoor Open Graded Meeting at Grangemouth with entry on the night if anyone wants to get some practice before the next Indoor League match!

Normal Wednesday night training at Craigswood resumes on Wednesday 11th January 2012.
