Our AGM and annual awards disco are being held on Saturday, 11 October 2008 at Bankton Scout Hall, Livingston.

The AGM will start at 7.00 pm, followed by the disco at 7.30 pm, with a break mid-way through the evening for the presentations and the buffet.

As per previous years, the format is "BYOB" with everyone bringing some plated food for the buffet.

Tickets will be on sale from next Wednesday onwards from the club desk at training, priced £3 each or £10 for a family ticket.

The presentations will include 1st/2nd/3rd age group prizes from the 2008 Club Championships, and the annual awards for track and field performances throughout the season.
