Three young Livingston athletes were competing last weekend in the "Round the Houses" Road Race at Grangemouth.

The trio of Sarah Calvert, Isla Calvert and Alastair Marshall, all under 11s, had impressive performances against athletes that were aged up to 16.

Sarah was the 5th fastest girl, completing the 2K course in 8:14, while Isla was 16th in 8:58. Alastair finished 9th out of the boys in 8:52.
