Tomorrow night the training session will be at Grangemouth Stadium from 7.00pm to approx 9.00pm so the athletes can get another opportunity to run on a track while the Craigswood track is closed.

Meet at the Grangemouth Stadium reception at 7.00pm.

Limited transport will also be available from Craigswood Sports Centre leaving at 6.30pm.

We will also be training at Grangemouth on Wed 6th April, and the final visit will be on Wed 27th April.
