Tomorrow night the training session will be at Grangemouth Stadium from 7.00pm to approx 9.00pm so the athletes can get an opportunity to run on a track while the Craigswood track is closed.

Meet at the Grangemouth Stadium reception at 7.00pm.

Limited transport will be available from Craigswood Sports Centre leaving at 6.30pm, contact Alistair to reserve a place.
