Teams for the 2008 Medley Relay were drawn randomly on Wednesday night before the start of the club training session. Click the link below to see the full team list.

The relay consists of mixed teams of 4 athletes running a 400m, 300m, 200m and 100m, and with 36 relay entrants making up 9 teams, it's the strongest field to date.

This year, "Run and Become" have generously agreed to sponsor the Medley Relay with a £20 gift voucher for each member of the winning team. We'd like to thank them for their support.
