Training is ON tonight, Wednesday 22nd December, as normal.

There is no training at Craigswood next Wednesday, 29th December, as we're on a Christmas break!

On Wednesday 5th January the training session will be at Grangemouth Stadium on the indoor track at 7.00pm so the athletes can get some practice for the indoor league match. Transport is available from Craigswood at 6.30pm if required.

Wednesday night training at Craigswood resumes on 12th January 2011!
