2010 'Run and Become' Medley Relay

The annual Club Championships were rounded off for the sixth year with a medley relay.
The relay consisted of mixed age/gender teams of 4 athletes running a 400m, 300m, 200m and 100m, with 36 athletes making up 9 teams.
For the 3rd year in a row, 'Run and Become', Scotland's specialist running store, generously agreed to sponsor the Medley Relay with a £20 gift voucher for each member of the winning team. We'd like to thank them for their continued support.
Congratulations to the aptly named "The Usains" team of Shawn Wright (U17), 400m; Jake Thomas (U15), 300m; Callum Stevenson (U13), 200m; and Leah Stewart (U13), 100m; who won in a time of 2:35.96, almost 13 seconds ahead of team "Don't Know" in second place.
