Teams for the 2010 'Run and Become' Medley Relay were drawn randomly tonight after the club training session, and with 38 relay entrants making up 9 teams + 2 reserves, it's one of the strongest fields to date.

The relay consists of mixed age/gender teams of 4 athletes running a 400m, 300m, 200m and 100m. Click the link below to see the full team lists and team names!

For the 3rd year in a row, 'Run and Become', Scotland's specialist running store, have generously agreed to sponsor the Medley Relay with a £20 gift voucher for each member of the winning team. We'd like to thank them for their continued support.
