Track events are seeded by personal best in an open graded format. Field events are organised as per the timetable, usually by age or gender.
At this league, athletes can select their own events. Athletes should enter events via the entry form.
Athletes should arrive approximately 90 minutes before their first event and can leave once they have finished competing.
Speak to your coach at training if you’d like advice on event selection.
Parent Helpers
Parent helpers are required at every match. To compete in the league, the club must provide volunteers to support officials.
We would expect all parents to volunteer at least once during the league season.
If you are able to help, please add a note on the availability form along with your preferred role (track official, field official, registration or athlete steward).

All club members in the following age groups are eligible:
U18: Born 2009 or 2010
U20: Born 2007 or 2008
SEN: Born 2006 or earlier
