The National Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 24 February at Callendar Park in Falkirk.

All athletes who have previously competed in the East District League or Championship events this season are encouraged to enter the National Championships too.

Entry

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Cross Country events, the entry fees are covered by your club membership subscriptions or RJT fees.

Please enter online using the links below before midnight on Wednesday 7 February. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

Course Distances

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

U13: 3.2K
U15: 4.3K
U17: 6.2K
U20: 6.8K
SEN: 10K
