The East District Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 2 December in Aberdeen.

All athletes who have previously competed in the East District League events, or intend to compete this season, are encouraged to enter the East District Championships.

Entry

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Cross Country events, the entry fees are covered by your club membership subscriptions or RJT fees.

Please enter online using the links below before midnight on Wednesday 15 November. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

Course Distances

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

U13: 3.2K
U15: 4.2K
U17: 5.7K
U20: 6.4K
SEN: 8.6K
