The National 'Short Course' Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 4 November at Lanark.

The event is open to all Club/RJT athletes.

All athletes who have previously competed in the East District League events, or intend to compete this season, are encouraged to enter the 'Short Course' Championships.

Entry

For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and will pay the entry fees.

Please enter online using the links below before midnight on Wednesday 18 October. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

Course Distances

There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:

U15: 2K
U17: 3K
U20/SEN: 4K
