Seven Livingston athletes were in action at the Stirling University track on Saturday night, for Central AC's Monument Mile Classic event.
Well done to everyone who competed - six athletes set improved personal bests in either the mile or their 1500m split, four athletes set new club records, and three athletes were competing in a track mile race for the first time!

◆ Finlay Sharp, who set a new club record for the Under 13 Boys mile with 5:19.01
◆ Imogen Marshall, who set a new club record for the Under 17 Womens mile with 5:27.45
◆ Andrew McGill, who set a new club record for the Under 20 and Overall Mens mile with 4:02.75
◆ Sarah Calvert, who set a new club record for the Senior and Overall Womens mile with 4:28.40
Sarah Calvert broke the 38-year old Scottish Native Record for the Mile with a time of 4:28.40.
The previous record was held by Yvonne Murray after her 4:28.64 mile at Meadowbank in 1985. This record means Sarah is the fastest ever Scottish Miler on Scottish soil!
