Entries are open for the third round of the Scottish National League at Grangemouth on Sunday 18 June.

Timetable/Events

Please see the fixture details page for a provisional timetable and event listing.

Track events are seeded by personal best in an open graded format. Field events are organised as per the timetable, usually by age or gender.

At this league, athletes can select their own events. Please speak to your coach at training if you need advice on which events to enter.

Parent Helpers

Parent helpers are required at every match. To compete in the league we need to provide 3 volunteers to help the officials.

Please add a note to the availability form if you can help, and your preferred role (helping with track or with field).

We would expect all parents to volunteer at least once at this league during the season.

Age Groups

All club members in the Under 17 to Senior age groups are eligible to compete in this league.

U17: Born 01/09/2006 - 31/08/2008
U20: Born 01/01/2004 - 31/08/2006
SEN: Born 31/12/2003 or before
