The Scottish National League is the new name for the Scottish Joint League, which replaces the Scottish Women's League, Scottish Men's League and U17/U20 Youth Development League.
Format
Track events are seeded by personal best in an open graded format. Field events are organised as per the timetable, usually by age or gender.

We would expect all parents to volunteer at least once at this league during the season.

U20: Born 01/01/2004 - 31/08/2006
SEN: Born 31/12/2003 or earlier
