We had a record number of finishers in the National Short Course Cross Country Championships at Kircaldy on Saturday, with the event returning to Dunnikier Country Park near Kircaldy High School.
In the U15 Boys race, on a 2K course, Logan Beagley was 12th in 6:34 and Elliot Frame was 28th in 6:53.
Isla Calvert was 4th in the 3K U17 Womens race, narrowly missing 3rd place in a close finish, with both athletes finishing in 10:27. Zoe Dunn was 54th in 13:13.
In the U17 Mens race, also on a 3K course, Fraser Morris was 46th in 10:33, with Jonathan Marshall finishing 51st in 10:47 and Lewis MacIver 54th in 10:51. In the team results, the U17 Men were 13th overall.
Katie Craig was running the combined U20/Senior Womens race on a 4K course and was 16th in the U20 results in 16:15.
In the U20/Senior Mens race, Cameron Tweedie finished 314th overall, and 64th in the U20 results in 16:55. Calum McLean was 342nd overall in 17:24.
