Well done to Cameron Tweedie, Matthew Power and Finlay Menzies who were on top form at the Forth Valley Flyers Open Championships on Sunday 7 July.

Cameron won a gold medal in the 1500m, silver in the 800m and bronze in the 400m.

Matthew won a gold medal in the shot put, and silver medals in the 100m and 200m.

In the RaceRunning events, Finlay won a gold medal in the 100m, silver in the 200m and bronze in the 400m. Finlay also won a gold medal in the turbo javelin and a silver in the softball.
