The Indoor Championship season started on Friday night with the National Indoor 3000m Championships taking place at the Emirates Arena.

Congratulations to Alastair Marshall who won a bronze medal in the U17 Mens 3000m, taking over 30 seconds off his personal best with 9:15.83!

There was also a personal best for Aidan Brady, running 1:21.73 to finish 3rd in the guest 600m race.
