Fourteen Livingston athletes were in action on Sunday at Linlithgow AC's 10K road race and junior fun run.
There was eight junior Livingston athletes amongst the 175 competitors in the fun run. The course, approximately 1.75 km long, started in Linlithgow town centre then headed westwards before doubling back alongside the loch, with the finish line in the grounds of Linlithgow Palace.
Congratulations to Alastair Marshall and Isla Calvert who were the overall male and female winners of the fun run, with times of 6:13 and 6:55.
There are no age group placings, but also in the overall boys results, Gregor Calvert was 18th in 8:09 and Sam Jones was 36th in 8:46.
In the overall girls results, Shannon Prevost was 4th in 8:08, Hannah Reedie was 12th in 9:32 and Joanna Begarnie was 15th in 9:44.
There was also 6 runners from our jogging group in the 10K race. In the masters men category, Craig Anderson was 52nd in 43:51 and Alan Morris was 79th in 46:10.
Alison Simpson was 53rd in the senior womens category in 58:56. In the masters womens categories, Lyn Bow was 127th in 62:05, Fional Dalziel was 44th in 65:26 and Sofia O'Connor was 45th in 66:34
