Livingston Open Cross Country Series - Sat 17 Nov
The next event in Livingston AC's Open Cross Country Series is on Saturday 17 Novemebr at Dechmont Law Park, Livingston.
There are separate races for each age category and the course distances are:
The timing and distances of the event are also intended to provide a practice opportunity in preparation for the East District events later in the month.

Entries must be made in advance using the online entry form via the link below. There's no entry on the day.
The closing date for all entries is midnight on Thursday 15 November.
The entry fee is £4.00 per event which can be paid online via PayPal.
Entry is currently free for Livingston AC members, however the parents of junior members are expected to assist at least three times per year at club events.
Medals will be presented on the day to the overall 1st/2nd/3rd place for each age group (U11/U13/U15/U17/SEN). U20s, Seniors and Masters will be combined for medal purposes.
For Livingston club members and RJT athletes, Club Championship medals for the series will be presented at the Annual Awards Evening for the overall 1st/2nd/3rd place for each age group (U11/U13/U15/U17/SEN). U20s, Seniors and Masters will be combined for medal purposes.
The meeting is open to male and female athletes in age groups from Under 11 to Seniors and Masters. Athletes must be at least 9 years of age on the day of competition.
U11: Born 01/09/2007 or later
U13: Born 01/09/2005 - 31/08/2007
U15: Born 01/09/2003 - 31/08/2005
U17: Born 01/09/2001 - 31/08/2003
U20: Born 01/09/1998 - 31/08/2001
SEN: Born 31/08/1998 or earlier
It takes a big team of officials and volunteers to run athletics competitions. Parent helpers are needed to help with course marshaling, teas and course set-up/clear-up.
