Congratulations to Alastair Marshall who set a new 5K personal best with a time of 17:53 at the Scottish National 5K Road Race Championships.

The race was held at Silverknowes, Edinburgh, on Friday 4 May with Alastair finishing 11th in the U17 Mens category.
