Congratulations to Matthew Power who won gold medals in the 100m and 200m, and a silver medal in the long jump, at the Forth Valley Flyers Open Championships.

The competition was at Grangemouth on Sunday 30 July, with Matthew setting three new personals bests in the 100m (12.1), 200m (24.6) and long jump (5.32m).
