Stephen Leek was in action last weekend at Lee Valley, London, in the British Masters Indoor and Winter Throwing Championships.

Competing in the M35 category, Stephen won a gold medal in javelin with a throw of 40.16m and a silver medal in the triple jump with a distance of 10.40m. Stephen also competed in the 60m and long jump.

Livingston sprints coach Bob Douglas was also competing in the M60 category. Bob won a silver medal in the 400m in 61.26 and was 4th in the 200m in 28.22.
