The Scottish National Junior Indoor 4x200m Relay Championships take place at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow on Saturday 4 March.

As this is a national level event, the following criteria will be considered to select the teams for each age group:

• Personal best for relevant events on selection date
• Recent performance if an athlete has a faster seasons best than an athlete with a faster personal best
• Training performance / attitude / attendance
• Recent competition attendance

Selection emails will be sent out over the next week. Congratulations to athletes who get selected.

Teams will only be entered where enough athletes in each age group are available, and athletes may be moved up an age group to accommodate this where appropriate.

Practice sessions will be arranged on a team-by-team basis based on coach and athlete availability.

Please note that club transport will not be available for this event, and athletes will need to organise their own transport to the competition.
