There was a record turnout of Livingston athletes at the Scottish National Short Course Cross Country Championships on Saturday 5 November, with 13 athletes entered and 9 athletes finishing the course.
The event was held at a new venue for 2016, at the King George V Playing Fields in Renfrew.
In the U15 girls race, on a 2K course, Isla Calvert finished 8th in 7:53, Katie Craig was 62nd in 8:45 and Holly White was 109th in 11:12.
Overall the U15 girls team were placed 13th.
There was also three boys competing in the U15 boys race, with Alastair Marshall finishing 65th in 7:57, Fraser Morris was 90th in 8:36 and Aidan McKeown was 91st in 8:36.
The U15 boys were running on the same 2K course with the team placed 15th.
In the Senior mens race, on a 4K course, Andrew Mitchell was the first Livingston athlete across the line, finishing 135th in 14:19. Alastair White was 204th in 15:09 and Ryan White was 322nd in 17:43.
