Good luck to all the club athletes who are competing at the National Championships at Grangemouth Stadium this weekend.

There are 2 club athletes competing in the Senior Championships, Shawn Wright in the 400m and Jake Thomas in the 5000m.

In the U17 Championships, Eve Allison, Tia Henry Chloe McAlear, Ewan Ballantyne and Harrison Spence have all entered.

Twelve athletes are also involved in the 4x100m Relay Championships on Sunday.
