The Scottish National Junior 4x100m Relay Championships take place at Grangemouth Stadium on Sunday 14 August.

As this is a national level event, the selection group will consider multiple criteria to get the strongest possible teams in each age group:

1. Personal best for relevant events on selection date
2. Recent performance if an athlete has a faster seasons best than an athlete with a faster personal best
3. Training performance / attitude / attendance

Please confirm if you are available or not by midnight on Sunday 31 July.

If you're available on Sunday 14 August but not available for practice sessions due to holidays, please confirm holiday dates on the "Availability Notes" section of the availability form.

Once the availability period has closed, the teams will be finalised and athletes will be notified during the first week in August. Congratulations to those athletes who get selected.

Only if enough athletes in each age group are available can a team compete and athletes may be moved up an age group to accommodate this. Please note that the National U17 Championships also take place on the weekend of the 13/14 August.

Practice sessions will be arranged on a team-by-team basis based on availability.
