Two club athletes were in action at the Alloa Half Marathon on Sunday 20 March.

Steve Thomson returned to competition after a year of injuries with a time of 91:45 which placed him 296th overall.

Ryan White was close behind in 337th place with a time of 93:29.

On Saturday 19 March, Andrew Mitchell was competing in the Clydebank 5K Road Race which is renowned for it's flat course.

Andrew finished the race in 43rd place overall with a personal best of 16:48.

For athletes looking for another fast 5K course, the National 5K Road Race Championships is being held at Silverknowes, Edinburgh, on Friday 6 May.
