The Scottish National Junior Indoor 4x200m Relay Championships take place at the Emirates Arena in Glasgow with the qualifying heats on Saturday 13th February.

The semi-finals and finals will take place on Saturday 20th February during the Glasgow Grand Prix!

As this is a national level event, the selection group will consider multiple criteria to get the strongest possible teams in each age group:

• Personal best for relevant events on selection date
• Recent performance if an athlete has a faster seasons best than an athlete with a faster personal best
• Training performance / attitude / attendance

Once the availability period has closed, the teams will be finalised and the selected athletes will be notified by Monday 8th February. Congratulations to athletes who get selected.

Only if enough athletes in each age group are available can a team compete and athletes may be moved up an age group to accommodate this.

Practice sessions will be arranged on a team-by-team basis based on availability.
