There's a two week break over the Christmas holiday period with no club training sessions at Craigswood Sports Centre on Monday, Wednesday or Friday evenings between Monday 21st December and Friday 1st January.

The last training night at Craigswood for the year is Friday 18th December 2015 with training resuming on Monday 4th January 2016.

However, there will be training sessions at Dechmont Law Park on Monday 21st December and Monday 28th December for athletes aged 12+. Athletes should meet Ian and Alistair in the Dechmont Law car park at 11.00 AM with the session finishing by 12.30 PM.
