Congratulations to Andrew Mitchell who set a new 5K personal best with a time of 17:14 at the Scottish National 5K Road Race Championships.

The race was held at Silverknowes, Edinburgh, on Wednesday 29th April with Andrew finishing 7th in the U20 Mens category.
