East District Champs - Fri 22/Sat 23 May

The East District Championships take place on Friday 22nd and Saturday 23rd May at Grangemouth Stadium.
Events on Friday start at 6.00 PM, with the action continuing all day on Saturday.
For athletes who compete regularly in league matches this is a chance to test yourself against the best athletes in the East of Scotland!
For all Scottish Athletics District/National Championships, the club submit entries and will pay the entry fees for athletes paying monthly membership fees* - please enter online using the links below before midnight on Wednesday 6th May. No late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.

Some events are on at the same time, so please check the provisional timetable before deciding what events to enter. As this is a District level event with potentially multiple heats and rounds, at which athletes should be focussing on competing in their strongest events and giving their best possible performance, the club will enter athletes into a maximum of 2 events per day and a maximum of 3 events over the weekend.
Please speak to your coach if you would like advice on what events to enter.
All Scottish Athletics events now use the standard UK Athletics age groups again.
Age Groups
U13: Born 01/09/02 - 31/08/04
U15: Born 01/09/00 - 31/08/02
U17: Born 01/09/98 - 31/08/00
U20: Born 01/01/96 - 31/08/98
SEN: Born 31/12/95 or earlier
* As the actual cost of entry is between £6.50 and £10.00 per individual event per athlete, any athlete who enters but does not compete will be required to reimburse the club for the cost of entry fees.
