Have you helped officiate at competitions or are you interested in helping?

The next officials training course is being held by Scottish Athletics at Craigswood Sports Centre on Saturday 17th January.

This field officials course starts at 10.00 PM and lasts for 4 hours. The club pay all course fees.

If you attend an officials course and then help at 4 competitions you can become a Level 2 graded official. If you helped last season this will also count towards your quota of 4 events.

Last at year at club competitions there was over 50 parents helping over the season, but it would be great if a few more helpers were fully qualified.

The club also get extra points at league matches for supplying qualified officials. This can be the difference between promotion and relegation!

In return for the club paying the course fees, everyone attending the course would be expected to help at most club events and some league matches during the year.
